Install the version of Maya to Guerilla that matches your Maya installation. Then start the "Plug-in Manager" using the Maya's menu bar Window > Settings/Preferences > Plug-in Manager. Look for the guerillaXXXX.mll and check "Loaded" and "Auto load".
